The declaration deadline for the 2025 World Mountain & Trail Running Championships is May 25th.

Other updates: Date of the Qualifying Period has been extended, for the Mountain Running events only, to June 22nd, 2025. Note that “Automatically Selected” athletes, in Mountain Running events, will be named during the initial selection meeting to be held the week of June 2, 2025.
Updated Funding / Travel Expenses (Section 6)
Athletics Canada has increased its financial support for the 2025 World Mountain & Trail Running Championships. As a result, accommodations (6 nights) and meals will now be largely covered by Athletics Canada and the Local Organizing Committee (LOC). |
