2025-2026 Canadian Trail Running Championships
Quebec City’s trails will be the site for both the 2025 and 2026 Canadian Trail Running Championships (50km Short Trail Race & 80km Long Trail Race), as part of the Quebec Mega Trail event, taking over for Squamish, B.C. where the event was held in 2023 and will run again in 2024.
“Trail running is very popular here and we wanted to hold a Canadian championship for our local athletes – not only to compete but also to share with Canadians from every part of the country,” said Quebec Mega Trail race director Jean Fortier. “Our event has a wide variety of very talented people and a phenomenal volunteer crew who have driven this event to be a leader, not only in Canada but also in the world.” |
