Big mountain running announcements for the 2022/2023 season!

The 2022 Canadian Mountain and Trail Running Championships will be held in Vernon, BC on September 17, 2022. See announcement here: Vernon to Host 2022 Canadian Mountain and Trail Running Championships

The 2022 Canadian Championships will be the only automatic qualifying event for the 2023 World Mountain and Trail Running Championships being held in Austria in the beginning of June 2023.

The selection criteria for the 2022 and 2023 World Mountain and Trail Running Championships have been posted. See here: National Team Selection Criteria All automatic qualifying spots from the 2021 Canadian Mountain Running Championships (both uphill and classic up and down) will be honoured for the 2022 World Mountain and Trail Running Championships. There are still various ways to qualify for the 2022 Championships. See the selection criteria for more details. The declaration deadline is September 4, 2022.
